Marshall came to BlueCoat after 25 years at Hewlett Packard where he held several senior positions including CIO of Tandem Computers prior to the merger with Compaq Computers, Divisional CIO for Enterprise Systems for Compaq Computers, including Tandem and DEC businesses, and Director of NonStop Engineering labs for the Enterprise Division of HP. Prior to HP Marshall ran IT for GATX Leasing Corporation in San Francisco and was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.
Marshall has a degree in Economics from Stanford University.
