Sharon Jordan
Sharon Jordan joined Blue Coat in September 2010, as Vice President of Human Resources, and brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources products and services for high technology companies.
Prior to joining Blue Coat, Sharon was Vice President, Human Resources for the Global Sales & Services organization at Sun Microsystems. During her time at Sun, Sharon held a number of roles in the human resources organization and worked with each of the business units. Prior to joining Sun, she spent two years in the United States Peace Corps. She has also held a variety of human resources positions at TRW, Inc. and NCR Corporation.
Sharon holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
