On 6 June the acquisition of Packeteer by Blue Coat was completed.
The same team who supported Packeteer products will continue to do so. Customers should continue to use the same support channels they did prior to the acquisition (phone, web, e-mail, etc). Support access mechanisms will remain the same (phone, web, etc).
