BlueTouch Cornerstone and BlueTouch Essential Edition provide personalized service with a single point of contact for all your technical support needs. With BlueTouch Cornerstone and Edition, you can rely on Blue Coat to keep your mission critical applications running as intended. Extend your team with assigned technical professionals from Blue Coat who have intimate knowledge of your network infrastructure. Your network is documented in detail and available for quick reference in expediting issue resolution.
Apart from reactive case resolution, all BlueTouch Premium Services also deliver proactive support through technical reviews, preventive action plans, recommendations and best practices. The team acts as your champion in driving your needs through a direct line to the escalation team. The services include a variety of optional services providing you with the flexibility to choose additional service components that match your specific needs or operating environment.
BlueTouch Cornerstone provides an assigned Support Delivery Manager at its foundation and offers an a la carte menu of additional services.
BlueTouch Essential includes an assigned senior level engineer as your Technical Account Manager, as well as a credit for 15 days of Blue Coat technical training.
