We offer broad industry knowledge and deep Blue Coat product expertise, reinforced by strong collaboration with engineering and support teams at Blue Coat and with Blue Coat certified BlueTouch Professional Services Partners. Our primary objective is to maximize your time to value for your Blue Coat investment.
The BlueTouch Professional Services portfolio of consulting services enables efficient and rapid deployment of Blue Coat Application Delivery Network infrastructure and provides proactive consultative support for configuration, deployment and optimization. These services are delivered by Blue Coat and certified BlueTouch Professional Services Partners using a combination of proven tools, technical experts, best practices, and support knowledge.
Blue Coat Professional Services offers skills and expertise in the following functional categories:
- Architecting & Designing components or all of an Application Delivery Network
- Installing & Configuring Blue Coat products and technology
- Deploying & Transitioning from staging/testing to production level
- Migrating & Upgrading previous versions, or other vendors' products, to current Blue Coat technology
- Managing & Monitoring, including assessing and auditing, components or all of an Application Delivery Network

- Core Installation Service: Designed to help you get your Blue Coat products up and running quickly, supporting the rapid deployment of your Blue Coat investment. Available for all Blue Coat appliances.
- Core Configuration Service: Designed to ensure a smooth product deployment and configuration, improving your return on investment. Available for all Blue Coat products.
- Platform Upgrade Implementation Service: Providing expert review, planning, and implementation support for transitioning legacy Blue Coat PacketShaper, ProxySG, ProxyAV or Director to the current product generation.
- NetCache Migration Service: Providing expert review, planning, and implementation support for migrating from legacy Blue Coat NetCache products approaching end of support life to the latest Blue Coat ProxySG appliances.
- SGOS Upgrade and Migration Service: Providing expert review, planning and implementation support, based on a best practices approach, for transitioning from Blue Coat SGOS 4.x versions to SGOS 5.x versions.
- Secure Web Gateway (SWG) Bundle Deployment Service: Providing planning, installation, configuration, deployment, documentation, and best practices mentoring services for Blue Coat web security solution bundles, including Blue Coat ProxySG, ProxyAV and Reporter.
- Blue Coat Design & Deployment Validation Service: Providing in-depth design review and planning of Blue Coat deployments, including the testing and verification of the completed implementation to assist in the seamless integration of the Blue Coat solution with the surrounding network components. - ProxySG Splunk Integration Service: Providing design, deployment and integration of the Splunk application within Blue Coat ProxySG solutions, for enhanced visibility and reporting, as well as testing and customization of the completed implementation.
