What is WebPower?

WebPower is Blue Coat System's online Customer Support Service. You will have immediate, personal and secure web access to Blue Coat Systems information and resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. Benefits Include:

Who Can Access WebPower?

WebPower is available to Blue Coat Partners and Customers with products actively covered under the one-year warranty or a Service Contract.

How to Get a WebPower Login

To receive a WebPower Login, Click Here to fill out a request. Your request will be processed within one business day Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. A WebPower login will be created for each User. Users have the ability to view all cases for their company. (See "Viewing All of Your Company's Cases" below)

Why are Logins Only Created for Individuals and Not Groups?

We generate individual logins only, not group accounts. Your personal login will allow you to see all of your Company's cases. Creating logins for individuals versus groups allows us to:

  • Identify who is creating or modifying records for your Company
  • Control who has access to your records

Blue Coat Systems will deactivate individual logins whenever notified that users no longer work for your company or should no longer have access. To learn more, see "Notifying Blue Coat To Terminate Access For an Individual" below.

Viewing All of Your Company's Cases

To view all of your Company's cases:

  1. Login in to WebPower
  2. Locate the yellow box titled MY SERVICE REQUESTS and click FIND
  3. In the left hand column, select MY COMPANY'S SERVICE REQUESTS

A list will appear with all cases opened by your company to date.
