BlueTouch Support Partner Program
The BlueTouch Support Partner Program enables partners to achieve greater profitability while providing outstanding service quality to the end customer. This select program (available to Blue Coat Channel Advantage Elite and Premier partners, major service providers, as well as select global systems integrators) allows Blue Coat-certified organizations to market, sell, and deliver their branded service offerings backed by Blue Coat Support. BlueTouch Support Partners provide first- and second-line technical support to the end customer, and have the ability to receive incremental price reduction and rebates towards Blue Coat support services, while enhancing the end customer relationship.

BlueTouch Professional Services Partner Program
The BlueTouch Professional Services Partner Program is designed for existing Blue Coat Channel Advantage Partners (Premier and Elite levels and above) with interest and competencies in the delivery of Blue Coat professional services to their end customers and is based on formal certification requirements. BTPSPs will get access to Blue Coat PS intellectual property to deliver Blue Coat product/architecture focused professional services on their paper and will also get invited to participate, as subcontractors, in Blue Coat-led PS engagements.
Blue Coat Authorized Training Center Program
The Blue Coat Authorized Training Center Program is designed for Blue Coat Partners with interest and competencies in the delivery of Blue Coat technical product training to end customers and other Blue Coat Partners and is based on formal certification requirements.
