BlueTouch® Support Partner Program
The BlueTouch® Support Partner Program is available to the best of breed of Blue Coat Elite and Premier Channel Advantage Partners, Managed Service Provides, as well as Global Systems Integrators, this program allows Blue Coat certified organizations to market, sell and deliver their branded service offerings backed by Blue Coat support.
BlueTouch Certified Partners provide first- and second-line technical support to the end customers and will have access to both Sales and Technical Enablement to enhance their relationship with the end-customer.
Blue Coat Professional Services Partner (PSP) Program
The Blue Coat Professional Services Partner (PSP) Program is an enablement program to provide accredited partners with the necessary training, practical support and tools for successful deployments of Blue Coat solutions. This ensures that Blue Coat customers can easily access high quality Blue Coat implementation services to meet their specific requirements, regardless of location.
The program is designed for Blue Coat partners and for specialist Professional Services organizations which already have, or would like to build, a Professional Services business around Blue Coat solutions.
The program provides a set of technical, marketing and commercial benefits, and the appropriate vendor support to minimize project risk and drive customer success.
Blue Coat Authorized Training Center Program
The Blue Coat Authorized Training Center (ATC) Program provides a network of accredited training partners around the globe, to provide end customers with choice and flexibility when they wish to access technical training for Blue Coat products.
The program is designed for Blue Coat Partners and specialist Training organizations which have competencies in classroom and virtual training delivery. It provides the required enablement and instructor resources for delivering Blue Coat product certification training to end customers and other Blue Coat partners. Accredited ATCs are able to market, sell and deliver their own Blue Coat training courses, using the curriculum and course materials provided by Blue Coat.
