X- Series Support Portal Access to online portal that includes a knowledge base for troubleshooting as well as a process to log and manage support tickets to help resolve your issue.
Advanced Hardware Replacement If our support team determines that you have a hardware failure, you will be immediately shipped a replacement component, in advance. No waiting for us to receive your equipment before receiving a new one.
Software Updates & Upgrades You will, via the X-Series Support Portal, be able to download software updates and upgrades as soon as they are available at no additional cost.
